Tips!
Sometimes it good to jump in the deep end and immerse ourselves in new things.
Take your training outside the square, add variation to your current regime. And just enjoy diffrerent ways of keeping fit and healthy. |

Kids birthday parties
Give your Child a day to remember. Have some fun on the beach, with beach tennis. Bring your fairy bread and chocolate crackles to the beach, and give them a day they will remember, with friends and family.

Twilight Competition
Last Week before Christmas 21/22 December 2010.
Resumes back after the Christmas break, from 24 January for Tournament entries Practice Week, and casual play, starts back, 1st & 2nd of February until the end of Daylight Savings.
Still plenty of opportunites to get out there.
So join us for yet another beach tennis twilight season.
Pass holders and Casual Players, All Welcome
Play begins from 6pm - DUSK

Although the weather has been a bit inconsistent of late, don't be put off by the Melbourne Summer.
We have missed a couple due to rain, but Tuesday has been the pick of the nights. Come and down and get fit, give it a go. Even if your serve sucks, and your a hack volleyer, come down and enjoy the spirit beach tennis has to offer.
There plenty of good players to show you the ropes and
give you some valuable instruction, along the way.
We would like to thank many of you for your efforts to recruit new blood over the summer and spread the great message of beach tennis.
